Each month we recognize an employee for their growth & continued success at GFI Digital. For the month of November we spotlighted our Customer Experience Manager on our Managed Network side.
Meet Pete Santulli, Customer Experience Manager in Kansas City, KS. Pete will be celebrating his 3rd year with the company in June and we decided to ask him some interesting interview questions that attribute to his ongoing success and growth with us.
We caught up with Pete and this is what he had to say:
What was the BEST part of your Disney trip? Being away with my family and watching my daughter be in awe of all the Disney characters (especially Elsa).
What is one thing you are most excited about for this year’s Annual Meeting in January? Gathering with the rest of the DigitalNET team that I don’t get to spend much time with and also all the other branches that I don’t get to interact with much.
What would you say you are the most PROUD of in your life? I am most proud of my family and my career.
How does a normal day for you at the office look like? Every day is different in DigitalNET but usually it is 8 am meeting, reviewing clients infrastructures for quarterly reviews, prepping and delivering quarterly reviews, and client break/fix issues. And more meetings (client/internal)
