This past week our service managers, field IT technicians, & field techs came together for Ricoh Production training. The training focused on newer Ricoh Production models including the Ricoh PRO C5200 & the Pro C7200. The training was held at 2 of our branches, including St. Louis & Kansas City.
We had a total of 32 team members in attendance, including Ricoh instructors Colanti and Ed Jamrog. This training will be ongoing to educate our teams on the advanced features and settings on newer production models.
During the training the Ricoh instructors covered:
- Use of 5th Color Options colors like Clear, White, Neon Pink, Neon Yellow, and Invisible Red.
- Custom Media Library Management
- Auto Calibration
- Auto Image position
- Density Adjustments
Educating our teams allows us to lead the way in setup, installation, troubleshooting & total customer satisfaction. We enjoy learning and gaining knowledge of our products to better serve our customers!
