Dusty Colvin

Senior Manager of Technology Services

Dusty Colvin leads Technology Services for GFI Digital, overseeing the Technology Alignment Managers and the Reactive Operations Center (ROC).

Dusty earned his Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University in 2003. Before joining GFI Digital, he held IT leadership roles at Tri Star Marketing (Super Pantry Convenience Stores), managing network operations across 55 locations in Illinois and Indiana, and later at the University of Illinois, providing technical support to faculty.

He joined GFI Digital in 2017 as a Network Engineer and has taken on increasing responsibility—promoted to Project Engineer in 2018, Senior Project Engineer in 2019, Field Engineer Manager for Illinois in 2021, and to Senior Manager in 2025.

Dusty draws on his experience coaching soccer to build effective, collaborative teams. He emphasizes a mindset of "Effort & Attitude" — the two things each person fully controls every day.

Outside the office, Dusty enjoys watching soccer and trying new restaurants, often while supporting his kids at their events.
