Bruce Gibbs
Founder I Chief Executive Officer
Bruce Gibbs founded GFI Digital in 1999 and has led the company's growth from a startup in St. Louis to one of the Midwest's most recognized office technology and managed services providers. His roots in the industry run deep, starting at a family business where his father first introduced him to the work he'd spend his career building on.
Carrie Tsalamandris
Chief Financial Officer
Carrie Tsalamandris joined GFI Digital in 2006 and has built her career here over nearly two decades — moving from Accountant to Accounting Manager before being named Chief Financial Officer in 2020. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and an MBA with an Accounting concentration, and brings experience across pharmaceutical, manufacturing, importing, and construction.
Sam Turner
Vice President of Technology
Sam Turner leads Technology Sales and VCIO at GFI Digital, having started as an intern in 2015 and steadily advanced through Account Manager, Sales Manager, and now his current leadership role. A Jefferson City native with a Communications degree from the University of Arkansas, his decade-long career at GFI Digital reflects deep institutional knowledge and a genuine connection with both his team and customers.
Sarah Gibbs
Chief Operating Officer
Sarah Gibbs serves as Controller at GFI Digital, overseeing all accounting functions and financial reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant. Before joining GFI Digital, she spent three years at Ernst & Young in the Corporate Tax department working with clients on tax compliance and accounting engagements.
Chrissy Roofe
Vice President of Marketing
Chrissy Roofe has led GFI Digital's marketing efforts since 2015, overseeing brand strategy, public relations, media placement, and corporate events. She holds a degree in Corporate Communications and Marketing from Lindenwood University and spent nearly two decades in the hospitality industry before joining GFI Digital — building a career around creating experiences and relationships that stick.
Robert Macklem
Director of Technology & Integration
Robert Macklem joined GFI Digital in 2016, bringing over 14 years of IT leadership experience from a regional healthcare system where he managed network, datacenter, and service desk teams. As Director of Technology & Integration, he leads technology strategy and integration across all locations — ensuring GFI Digital's systems and tools keep pace with the company's continued growth.
Andrew Gilstrap
President of Technology
Andrew Gilstrap joined GFI Digital in 2016 and has steadily advanced from Sales Manager to Managing Director to Vice President, playing a central role in the company's strategic growth and day-to-day operations. He holds a finance degree from the University of Missouri's Trulaske College of Business and brings a background in financial planning and business operations from his time as Director of Operations at Sangita Capital Partners.
Lisa Murawski
Director of Human Resources
Lisa Murawski has led Human Resources at GFI Digital since 2006, growing alongside the company from 90 employees to over 400. As Director of HR, she oversees benefits, payroll, and employee development across all locations — bringing more than 25 years of experience and a genuine passion for building workplaces where people want to stay.
Dusty Colvin
Senior Manager of Technology Services
Dusty Colvin joined GFI Digital in 2017 as a Network Engineer and has advanced steadily through the organization, earning promotions to Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Field Engineer Manager, and most recently Senior Manager of Technology Services. In that role, he oversees the Technology Alignment Managers and the Reactive Operations Center across all locations.
Corey Backues
President of GFI Digital Print
Corey Backues leads GFI Digital's sales organization as Vice President of Sales, overseeing sales strategy and development across all branch locations. Before joining GFI Digital, he held multiple leadership roles at IKON Office Solutions — including Director of Sales, General Manager, and Director of Business Development — bringing deep experience in the office technology industry.
Jeffrey Cook
Executive Vice President of Operations
Jeffrey Cook has been with GFI Digital since 2001, building his way from IT and connectivity support to Executive Vice President of Operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and began his career in the copier industry in 1994 — bringing over three decades of hands-on experience to his oversight of service and operations teams across all locations.
Will Scheperle
Manager of Technology Services
Will Scheperle joined GFI Digital in 2018 and has grown into his current role as Manager of Technology Services, leading the technology operations team. He holds a degree in Computer Science and Business Finance from the University of Missouri and brings six years of prior experience in Enterprise Architecture and Integration.

Spencer Overfelt
Director of Sales
Spencer Overfelt leads sales for GFI Digital in St. Louis, having joined the company in 2012 and worked his way from the sales team to Sales Manager to Director of Sales. A Jefferson City native, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance from the University of Missouri and has spent over a decade building and developing sales talent at GFI Digital.
Ryan Dingley
Director of Sales | Mid Missouri & Springfield, Missouri
Ryan Dingley leads GFI Digital's sales organization across Mid Missouri and Springfield, bringing 30 years of leadership experience in the office technology industry — including 18 years spanning managed print, IT, network services, document imaging, and software. He holds degrees from the University of Missouri and Columbia College.
Simon Hanna
Sales Manager I Louisville
Simon Hanna leads GFI Digital's newest branch in Louisville, Kentucky, bringing a background in restaurant leadership and a track record of fast growth within the organization. He joined GFI Digital and was promoted to Sales Manager within two years — first in St. Louis, and now building the company's presence in a new market.
Dustin Braun
Sales Manager | Central Illinois
Dustin Braun serves as Sales Manager for GFI Digital in Central Illinois, covering the Peoria and Bloomington markets. He joined GFI Digital in 2025 as an Account Executive and was promoted to Sales Manager within a year, bringing prior leadership experience as both Sales Manager and General Manager at UFS in Peoria and several years in account management at Red Bull.
Charlie Gilstrap
Director of Sales | Kansas City
Charlie Gilstrap leads GFI Digital's sales team in Kansas City as Sales Director, bringing a career at GFI Digital that spans branches across Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas since joining in 2014. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri and came to GFI Digital with a background in medical sales and small business ownership.
Taylor Lehman
Sales Manager | St. Louis, Missouri
Taylor Lehman joined GFI Digital in 2014 straight out of the University of Missouri, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance, and was promoted to Sales Manager in 2021. A St. Louis native, he leads the sales team in his hometown with a focus on developing people and helping them grow both personally and professionally.
Landry Sartwell
Sales Manager | Kansas City
Landry Sartwell serves as Sales Manager for GFI Digital in Kansas City, having joined the company in March 2025 and earned a promotion to Sales Manager just over a year later. She holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri and brings a background in outside sales and marketing across logistics and spirits industries in Kansas and Missouri.
Daniel Foley
Sales Manager | Jefferson City
Daniel Foley leads GFI Digital's sales team in Jefferson City, joining the company in 2023 and advancing quickly to Sales Manager by 2026. Before transitioning into sales, he built a career in education — working as a teacher and athletic director in the Jefferson City School District, with a stint teaching in New Zealand along the way.
Rob Goth
Sales Manager | Jefferson City
Rob Goth leads GFI Digital's sales team in Jefferson City, bringing a career in the industry that dates back to 1985 — including founding Advanced Image Systems in 2000, which GFI Digital acquired in 2011. After a brief retirement, he returned to GFI Digital in 2021, bringing decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience back to the team he helped build.
Andrew DeGreeff
Sales Manager | St. Louis, Missouri
Andrew Degreeff leads GFI Digital's sales team in St. Louis, having started with the company through the Enterprise Management Trainee program before moving into an Account Manager role in Kansas City and earning a promotion to Sales Manager in 2023. He recently returned to St. Louis to lead the sales team there.
Steve Blackwood
Technology Sales Manager | Kansas City
Steve Blackwood leads technology sales for GFI Digital in Kansas City, overseeing a team of technology sales representatives and working alongside the copier team to grow pipeline across Managed Services and Advanced Technology Services. Before joining GFI Digital in 2023, he spent 15 years at NetApp in various sales roles, ultimately serving as an Enterprise Sales Representative in Kansas City.
Jason Trent
Director of Sales | Central Illinois
Jason Trent leads GFI Digital's sales organization across Central Illinois as Director of Sales, overseeing four offices serving the Champaign, Springfield, Peoria, and Bloomington markets. He has deep roots in the industry — beginning his career at Modern Business Systems and returning to the Gibbs family in 2012 to launch GFI Digital's Central Illinois presence from the ground up.
Misty Blackstone
Sales Manager | Southeast Missouri
Misty Blackstone leads GFI Digital's sales team in Southeast Missouri, having joined the company in 2017 and built a track record of consistent growth and deep customer relationships in the region. Her path to sales leadership is anything but conventional — she started working in the electrical industry at 14, earned her apprentice license at 16, and spent 16 years in sales and asset management before transitioning into office technology.
Sam Ottley
Sales Manager | Kansas City
Sam Ottley serves as Sales Manager for GFI Digital in Kansas City, joining the company in 2025 as an Account Manager and earning a promotion to Sales Manager shortly after. He holds a degree in Business Studies from Missouri State University and brings a background in management and director-level leadership from a career in the sports industry.
