Executive Vice President of Operations

Jeffrey Cook leads operations for GFI Digital's copier business, overseeing the service department and operations teams across all locations.

Jeffrey began his career in the copier industry in 1994 after earning a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering. He joined GFI Digital in 2001, initially providing IT and connectivity support before being promoted to Director of Service. Over the years, he has led Service, IT, and Finance departments—giving him a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the copier business.

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Jeffrey is focused on driving efficiency and ensuring branch locations have the resources and support they need to deliver exceptional service to customers. His diverse background allows him to lead with a practical, hands-on approach.

Outside the office, Jeffrey enjoys traveling.
