Robert Macklem

Director of Technology & Integration

Robert Macklem leads technology strategy and integration across GFI Digital, ensuring the company leverages the latest tools and systems to serve customers effectively.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Robert moved to Missouri in 1992. After completing his degree, he spent 14 years in IT for a regional healthcare system—managing network, datacenter, and service desk teams. In 2013, he earned his MBA and transitioned into leadership.

Robert joined GFI Digital in 2016, bringing deep expertise in technology operations and team leadership. As Director of Technology & Integration, he is focused on aligning technology initiatives with business goals and driving innovation across all locations.

Robert believes in building reliable, scalable systems that empower teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.

Outside the office, Robert volunteers with Scouting BSA and enjoys outdoor activities and football.
