Last week Corporate Sales Trainer, Michele Barrows kicked off Sales School in St. Louis with 4 new sales representatives. The class was made up of the following Sales Representatives, Heath Greene from our Columbia Missouri office, Tony Roldan from our newest Springfield MO branch, Willie Terreau from our Kansas City office , and Travis Holtkamp from Southeast Missouri. Although these reps had some sales experience prior to joining the team they needed to be coached on the GFI Digital processes and procedures which should give them the keys to control their own success. During their time in St. Louis the reps enjoyed dinner at Charlie Gittos & an exciting night at the St. Louis Blues game.
As part of the Sales training each rep must give a mock site seller and demonstration of the machines to OFFICIALLY pass the class. Everyone did a good job absorbing all the training information they received throughout the week and each of the reps were presented certificates for completion on Friday.
