In November 2023, Charles was promoted to sales manager and oversee the Southwest Missouri region.  Since 2017, Charles has been with GFI Digital and helped the Springfield, MO branch’s growth and success from its early days as the third sales team member hired. A three-time President’s Club winner, he played a pivotal role in expanding GFI Digital’s offerings to his Springfield customers.

 

Prior to his tenure at GFI Digital, Charles dedicated 10 years to his family’s confectionery business based in Branson, MO. During this time, he actively oversaw and fueled the company’s expansion to 11 stores across three states.
