At GFI Digital, we practice and strive for what is known in our industry as First Call Effectiveness or "FCE.”
This is measured as a percentage. It pertains to our ability to fix copier and printer issues the first time we come on-site, as opposed to having to order parts and come back later.
We stock parts for your machines on our service vehicles and keep an inventory. This inventory is supported by a 38,000 sqft. state-of-the-art warehouse distribution and service center located in St. Louis.
First Call Effectiveness also means our service technicians are going to do a complete check of the machine being serviced, perform any upcoming maintenance, and replace any wearing parts while they are there to keep you up and running even longer.
